Dr. Danli’s yoga classes encourage strength and stamina while focusing on mind and body alignment to purify, empower, and refresh the nervous system. Her background in neuromuscular re-education is strongly weaved through her teaching with an emphasis on spinal awareness, breath control (pranayama), and core stability exercises. Combining the healing principles of Chiropractic care and yoga creates a truly balanced approach to health and well being. She teaches group classes, privates, and offers condition specific routines as part of the spinal rehabilitation process for patients in our office.

Dr. Danli has been practicing yoga since 2005. She received her yoga teaching certification in 2007 through the Purusha School of Yoga and in 2011 she completed the Ashtanga Rocket Vinyasa training program under the direction of Larry Schultz.
